Summer Learning

Summer Learning Support • Enrichment • Achievement (SEA) program

This free summer program will offer extended learning opportunities to support the grade-level readiness of students who need to meet promotional criteria through an engaging learning environment. 

Transportation is NOT provided and will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

Middle school students will attend from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the three-week session (June 8–June 26). June 19 is a school holiday.

Students who need to attend Summer Learning to meet promotion requirements, but do not attend, may be retained in the same grade level during the 2026-2027 school year.

Meals (breakfast and lunch) are available for children participating in the Summer Learning program, with costs based on eligibility status.

Parents/Guardians will receive a registration link, if you have not received one already, and tentative notification on whether their student(s) need to register for Summer Learning by Friday, May 8th. Please complete the Summer Learning registration by Friday, May 15th.

Confirmation on whether your child needs to attend Summer Learning or not will be provided as early as Friday, May 22nd, no later than Wednesday, May 27th. Promotion status will be included on the 2nd semester report card (ex. Promoted to the next grade level, Promoted Pemding Summer School, or Retained).
